I learned how to play golf today.
I started learning because of a recommendation from my boyfriend. He finds it playful. But I don’t. I’m finding right now.
Actually, I had my ACL torn while skiing. Of course now I know it’s essential to do warm up exercise before strenuous activities.. but at that time, I was quite belived in my body too much. I was arrogant. I used to going skiing for steep slopes back in the days, I thought it was a piece of cake.
But you know.. nature is too dangerous to conquor it. The mountain is too high to have a confidence without an evidence. Once I face steep hill all of a sudden, I felt scary and tried to slow down in the steeps, doing a skid turn, pivot-slip. But in proceeding down a steep section, I felt little obstacles, my legs were slightly in the air by turns. That’s the exact moment I started falling and rolling down in snow… I couldn’t even land on my butt which is very basic skill of skiing. It happened in a flash, my legs are twisted.
